Here is the Patterson Serenity Gazebo.
On a rainy day a nice elderly lady waiting for the bus, after visiting her deceased husband, asked Mr. Patterson "is there a place in the cemetary I can stay dry while I wait".
To my amazement there was no shelter to be found.
The idea to build the "Serenity Gazebo" was born.
Intended to last long after I've left the building, the gazebo is constructed entirely out of granite for sturdiness.
Benches link the pillars for the comfort of cemetery visitors when they stop to rest and reflect.
